| The coping (you might think of it as trim) around your pool is an extruded aluminum edging that creates a smooth and uniform perimeter around your pool. It not only holds the vinyl liner in place, but provides a handhold for swimmers to rest. And that's about all there is to it. Or, that's all there used to be to it. |

Edgelight®
Coping System manufactured by
Fort Wayne Pools |

Today, your coping can actually enhance the beauty of your pool, thanks to our new fiberoptic-ready Coping Systems. It's the first coping system of its kind that's specially made to accept fiberoptic lighting packages, and it's an exclusive product from Fort Wayne Pools.
An exclusive, round 25-strand perimeter fiberoptic from Fiberstars®, Inc. fits into our Fiberoptic Coping System's special round channel, at an angle that bounces softly diffused light off the surface of your pool. No unsightly kinks or sags are seen, as is often the case with competing systems that use hardware fasteners to hang the fiber; just smooth lighting perfection. Our Fiberoptic Coping Systems are the most elegant and advanced pool perimeter fiberoptic lighting system available today.
Choose from six different coping styles:
Coping Style Description
Bullnose Coping White 2-1/2" bullnose design.
Caplock Coping White 2-1/2" bullnose design with 4" cap that locks down over wall.
Edgelight® Coping White & Gray bullnose design with patented fiberoptic channel.
Flat Track Coping Gray flat track design for cantilever decks.
Flat Track Fiberoptic Coping Gray flat track design with patented fiberoptic channel for cantilever decks.
Out Fiberoptic Coping Systems can bathe your pool in a wide range of colors. Choose static or changing color fiber optic illuminators to suit your individual taste. Talk to your dealer for all the details.
On The Cutting Edge
Edgelight Coping and Flat Track Fiberoptic Coping utilize state-of-the-art technology, so they're fiberoptic-ready. If, however, you would prefer to put in a fiberoptic perimeter lighting system at a later date, you can opt for a matching filler strip which is inserted into the fiberoptic channel during installation. This allows for the addition of fiberoptics whenever you're ready.
The Edgelight® Coping System is patented and exclusive property of Fort Wayne Pools®.
